Overview:- Our Large Area Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors (SNSPDs) are designed for applications that benefit from efficient light coupling over a large area, such as free-space optical communication and quantum communication systems. With an active area greater than 8000 μm², these detectors are optimized for easy coupling with multi-mode fibers, simplifying the alignment process and enhancing overall system efficiency. To accommodate different application needs, these SNSPDs can be configured in either a meander shape or a fractal shape. The meander shape is suitable for applications where polarization dependence is acceptable, while the fractal shape provides polarization-independent detection, making it versatile for various experimental setups.
