Overview: Our Waveguide Integrated Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors (SNSPDs) are engineered for high-efficiency photon detection with exceptional performance characteristics. By coupling light directly through a waveguide, these detectors achieve outstanding efficiency and exceptionally low timing jitter of less than 30 picoseconds. The integration of our proprietary grating coupler facilitates vertical light coupling, enabling broadband operation across a wide range of wavelengths. This precise waveguide design, optimized for specific wavelength regimes, results in remarkably low dark count rates, ensuring minimal noise and maximum detection accuracy.
